How to book?
Please send us a message from our contact us page and we will respond as soon as possible. You can also send us a message from any of our social platform.
What is the payment process?
All services must be paid before the process begins.
What payment method do you accept at checkout?
Kreativeartx offers two forms of payment. The first form is the credit or debit card. The second form is PayPal. We also accept cashapp from our Instagram/Facebook page.
Do you provide Refunds?
Please understand that there is no refund after the purchase has been made.
How can we communicate with you?
All communication will be done via our contact us page OR our social media handles (INSTAGRAM/FACEBOOK). Always remember that we are here to serve you at your best. Your messages will be received and replied to ASAP.
How to submit information?
All information should be sent to our email. Always note that there is a need to chat with our team before submission of information.
What are the Hours of operation?
Kreativeartx operates Monday to Friday. We do not work on weekends or holidays. Also note, that placement of orders are open from Monday to Sunday.
Do you take rush orders?
YES, rush orders are available. There is an extra fee that comes with rush orders.
How many revisions am I allowed?
For logos, I provide two initial logo designs. If any revisions are needed, you receive three free revisions. For any other service, I provide one design proof, and three free revisions. If any revisions are needed after that, there is a $10 fee per each additional revision.
